Estates and probates, estate planning, income tax preparation, and real estate transactions
Donald L. Wood was born in Maysville, Kentucky, in 1925. He was admitted to the Kentucky bar in 1952. He currently handles estate planning, estates and probates, personal and commercial income tax preparation, and real estate transactions.
Mr. Wood is a veteran of World War II. He served in the U.S. Army 422 Infantry and was captured at the Battle of the Bulge, where he was both shot and bayoneted. He was a POW, interred in camps in Germany, Poland, Czechoslovakia and Austria before returning home.
Mr. Wood is also an avid saxophone player. He is a member of Phi Alpha Delta fraternity and of the Mason/Bracken, Kentucky, and American Bar Associations.
